Who we are

This policy explains how SiteRank LLC (“SiteRank,” “we,” “us”) collects and uses information through siterank.co. We are an SEO and AI visibility company for HVAC companies, based in South Jordan, Utah.

What we collect

When you answer our Book a Call questions or book a call, we collect:

Your website, your #1 goal, your name, and your email. We save these when you finish step 2, even if you stop before the end. Your browser also remembers them for up to 30 days so you can pick up where you left off. Click “Start over” on the form to clear them.

Your company’s revenue range and how much you spent on paid ads last month

When you book: the details you enter in our scheduler (run by HubSpot). We fill in your name and email for you.

Whether you booked a call

Your phone number, if you share it when you book

Which form you used and the page you were on

To stop spam, our site briefly uses your IP address to limit how many times a form can be sent. We store a scrambled (hashed) version for up to one hour, then it is deleted.

To show local examples, like “Best AC repair company in Phoenix,” our site uses your IP address to guess your city. This happens on our own server. We do not store your IP address or your city, and we do not share them. Your browser may remember the city until you close the tab. IP location data by DB-IP.

Like most websites, our web host keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited.

We use a few tools to see how our site and ads are working:

Google Analytics shows us how people find and use our site, like which pages they visit.

Google Ads conversion tracking shows us when someone who clicked one of our ads calls us or fills out a form.

CallRail call tracking may show a tracking phone number on our site. It records details about calls, such as the caller’s phone number, the time, and how long the call lasted, so we know which page or ad led to the call.

ClickCease checks clicks on our ads for fraud. It looks at visit details such as IP address and device.

These tools are loaded through Google Tag Manager and may use cookies.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, email delivery, Google (Analytics and Ads), CallRail, and ClickCease, and only so they can do that work for us.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business.

Phone calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call you about your request. If you do not want us to call, tell us and we will stop.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions only as long as we need them to reply to you, provide our services, and keep normal business records.

If you don’t become a client, we delete your form details within 3 years of our last contact with you.

If you become a client, we keep your records for as long as you are a client, and up to 7 years after that for tax, accounting, and legal reasons.

Spam-check data is deleted within one hour, as described above.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See “Your choices” below.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, fix, or delete the personal information we have about you. Call us at 801-913-9453 or use our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have more rights under your state’s privacy laws.

Cookies

Google Analytics, Google Ads, CallRail, and ClickCease may set cookies or use similar tools to measure visits, ads, and calls. WordPress may also set cookies for people who log in to manage the site.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also use Google’s Ad Settings and the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

If we add or change tracking tools, we will update this section.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other sites, like Google Maps. Their privacy policies apply when you visit them.

Children

Our site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
